Out of Office was intentionally designed to be more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. From custom murals and curated decor to entertainment-packed spaces, every detail was chosen to make your stay feel effortless and memorable. The home offers a unique split layout with two separate living spaces. There is no interior access between floors—guests use exterior stairs to move between the upstairs and downstairs. This creates a great balance of togetherness and privacy.

Optional items
- Grocery Delivery: We partner with Two Chicks and a Cart, a local veteran owned small business, so you can arrive to the house with your groceries picked up and put away ready for your arrival for a fee.
- Pool Heat: The private pool can be heated from October 1st to June 1st for an additional fee of $50 per night for the entire stay. This must be arranged prior to your arrival.

Important info:
- PRIVATE POOL - Absolutely no unattended children or glass in the pool area. The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the pool. The pool will be professionally cleaned every Tuesday and Saturday during high season (March - September) and on Tuesday the remainder of the year.
- Please note: any locked owner closets or storage areas are not accessible to guests.

REFUND POLICY - Please see refund policy. There are NO REFUNDS allowed for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond the hosts' control. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Rates vary based on season, demand, and length of stay. Premium dates, holidays, and peak summer weeks may be priced higher. Your stay at Out of Office includes a thoughtfully designed home with elevated amenities, entertainment spaces, and a convenient location just minutes from the beach—everything you need for a relaxing and memorable getaway. A cleaning fee, taxes, and any applicable service fees will be added at booking.
